Make Sure You're Covered!
In general, these are some questions you may ask your insurer prior to scheduling:
- Do I have coverage for outpatient mental health treatment?
- Does my health plan cover out-of-network providers?
- Is pre-authorization required?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- Is there a maximum number of therapy sessions allowed under my current coverage?

INSURANCE
Insurance can help you to offset the cost of therapy. I accept the following insurance types:
- Pacific Source
- OHP
I am currently in the process of being paneled with the following insurance companies, but until that is finalized, I am considered an Out of Network Provider and can provide you with a superbill to submit to them:

Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session, which would be due at the beginning of the following appointment.
